The best design quality gets effective only if it can rely on the respective production quality. mefro makes great investments in this area every year.

In a 9-zone zinc-phosphating process, mefro steel disk wheels are subjected to an intensive pre-treatment meeting the highest demands. In order to ensure optimal corrosion protection also in locations which are difficult to access, a cathodic dip coating (KTL) is applied to the mefro- steel disk wheels. After that, our wheels receive a diamond-silver lacquer coating (standard). Apart from the excellent pre-treatment, a perfect finish is obtained by this double-layer structure.

Our basic paints and coating lacquer are free from lead, cadmium and other heavy metals.

We will fulfill your wishes regarding special colour shades, of course depending on order volumes.

In all production processes, the gentle treatment of the environment and resources has top priority. For us it is not merely a regulation imposed by legislation, but reflects our own initiative arising from conviction.
